Judo is a sport of unarmed combat derived from jujitsu and is intended to train the body and mind. It involves using holds and leverage to unbalance the opponent.
The sport of Judo originated in Japan and was introduced as a Paralympic Sport in 1988. Come try Judo and afterward cheer on the Paralympic athletes at the International Blind Sports Association (IBSA) Judo Pan-American Championships!
