We will learn a few dances together with music and at the end of the lessons we will perform the dances to music in the dance studio!

Ages: All ages

Where: Room PE110 at the University of Lethbridge. 4401 University Dr W, T1K 3M4

Time: 11am – 12pm

Winter Walking Club

Come catch a breath of fresh air and join in on our walking club!

This is an incredible way to get active and make new friends while experiencing the beautiful surroundings of nature.

Ages: All ages

Where: We will meet at the University of Lethbridge by the bus stop. The address is 4401 University Dr W, Lethbridge, AB T1K 3M4. When the weather is bad, we will walk on the University track.

Time:

Sundays 5:00pm – 6:00pm,

Membership Reminder

Please join ASRAB, to have access to sport and recreation programming for persons with visual impairment. Memberships are on a calendar year (January 1-December 31).

Membership fees:

$20.00 for Individuals [to a maximum of $40.00 per family]

We now have online forms that allow you to complete your membership online and use a credit card to make payment.
