\nI have coached for roughly 16 years and played and competed for 19 years.<\/p>\nWhat has been the highlight of your goalball career?<\/strong>
\nRepresenting Canada by competing at the highest elite level of Goalball competition, the Paralympic Games. As a coach, my career highlights would be coaching both the Men & Women Canadian National Senior and Junior teams.<\/p>\nWHAT ARE YOUR PERSONAL AND TEAM GOALS FOR GOALBALL?<\/strong>
\nMy goals are to help develop goalball players to be the best athletes they can be and help them achieve their goals. Shaping a team of those athletes to work together as a cohesive unit and have them perform at their highest potential. I\u2019m currently driven to achieve my 3rd win as a Coach, leading the Men\u2019s Alberta Provincial Team at the Canadian Senior National Goalball Championships.<\/p>\nWHAT OTHER SPORTS DO YOU PLAY?<\/strong>
\nI have played numerous sports but have only competed provincially or higher in cross country skiing, power lifting, and of course, goalball.<\/p>\nHOW HAS ASRAB HELPED YOU?<\/strong>
\nASRAB has always provided the opportunities and guidance from volunteers and coaches to try, as well as compete, in different sports.<\/p>\nWHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO CONTINUE TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS AND RECREATION WITH ASRAB?<\/strong>
\nMy motivation comes from working with so many great and inspiring athletes.
