\"EdmontonASRAB\u00a0members of all ages have been invited to the Tiger\u00a0Taekwondo\u00a0studio for an opportunity to tryTaekwondo!\u00a0Taekwondo\u00a0is the art of self defense that originated in Korea, and is recognized as one of the oldest forms of martial arts in the world.<\/p>\n

Please wear\u00a0comfortable\u00a0active wear clothing you can move around in, and bring water. All participants are encouraged to bring a friend or family member as a partner for the class.<\/p>\n

Taekwondo\u00a0offers a total fitness program integrating body, mind and spirit by combining a practical means of self defense, \u00a0a regiment of physical conditioning, and improved concentration and mental performance.<\/p>\n
