\"walkingLet’s get outside and explore Edmonton’s river valley and trails with ASRAB’s Walking\u00a0Club for some Fall walks!<\/p>\n

The Walking Club is an opportunity for ASRAB members of all ages to incorporate\u00a0some light-moderate activity into your day, explore the cities trails and enjoy\u00a0some fresh air in a fun, social setting.<\/p>\n

Friends and family encouraged to join in on this program. If you require a guide,\u00a0please inform the program coordinator when you register.<\/p>\n

There are 1,440 minutes in a day, schedule 120 of them for walking!<\/p>\n

Dates<\/strong>: Sundays in October, November if weather permits
\nCost<\/strong>: An up to date membership (2016 is $15 or $25 for family)
\nTime<\/strong>:1:00-2:00 pm
\nLocation<\/strong>: Shaw Conference Centre (9797 Jasper Ave NW)<\/p>\n
