Please find the following documents attached, which constitute the Notice of the 2017 ASRAB AGM:<\/p>\n

ASRAB Bylaws (as August 21, 2013) found HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The AGM will be held Saturday, May 27, 2017 in Edmonton at the Jarvis Building, 9925 – 107 Street. Registration will occur at 1:00 p.m. and the meeting will commence at 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

The deadline to receive Nominations for Board positions is Friday, May 12, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. There will be no nominations accepted from the floor.<\/p>\n

If you have agenda items for the AGM, please submit by May 12, 2017, at 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

If you plan to attend the AGM, please let me know at execdirector@asrab.ab.ca or (403) 262-5332. This will allow us to adequately prepare the venue and materials for the AGM.<\/p>\n
