\"Curling\"Curling is a game played on ice, especially in Scotland and Canada, in which large round flat stones are slid across the surface toward a target. Members of a team use brooms to sweep the surface of the ice in the path of the stone to control its speed and direction. Sign up to experience this fun winter sport; no experience necessary!<\/p>\n

When<\/strong>: Saturday, March 9, 2019<\/p>\n

Where<\/strong>: Inglewood Curling Club Address: 19 Gosling Way SE, Calgary AB T2B 3V7<\/p>\n

Time<\/strong>: (1) Children 6+ from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
\n(2) Adults (18+) from 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Children, please come at 12:00 p.m. and Adults, please come for 1:00 p.m. to allow time for paperwork!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration<\/strong>: Please register by e-mailing Program.Calgary@asrab.ab.ca<\/a> with participants age, name and phone number.<\/p>\n

Registration fee<\/strong>: $15.00<\/p>\n

Attire<\/strong>: Please bring indoor running shoes that are clean for inside the rink – rubber soles are preferred. There are no outdoor shoes permitted in the rink. Please wear clothing that allows movement but layer up- the facility is chilly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
