ASRAB is teaming up with Red Deer Champion Taekwondo to provide a try-it program for members! Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques. Taekwondo is one of the two martial arts included on the Olympic programme and became an official medalsport in 2000.<\/p>\n
