Registration will occur at 11:00 a.m. and the meeting will commence at 11:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline to receive Nominations for Board positions is Friday, May 10, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. There will be no nominations accepted from the floor.<\/p>\n<p>If you have agenda items for the AGM, please submit by May 10, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>If you plan to attend the AGM, please let me know at <a href=\"mailto:execdirector@asrab.ab.ca\">execdirector@asrab.ab.ca<\/a> or (403) 262-5332. This will allow us to adequately prepare the venue and materials for the AGM.
