Welcome to 2022! Please remember to update your ASRAB Membership Form<\/a> and fee to participate in our programming this year.<\/p>\n Have you ever wanted to try snowshoeing? Now is your chance! Come out and experience some fresh air along with some winter activities! This program will start once there is some good snow. Equipment is included.<\/p>\n Dates\/Times<\/strong>: Tuesday, March 22th at the Victoria Park Skating Park 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n Registration<\/strong>: Please register by calling Wayne at 780.860.7387 with the participants’ age, name, and phone number.<\/p>\n Come ski with us! It’s a free event and all ages are welcome. Equipment is supplied and guides will need to attend. Max 5 groups per day.<\/p>\n Dates\/Times<\/strong>:<\/p>\n March 15, 22, 29 at 5:30 p.m. to 7p.m.<\/p>\n March 16 at 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n Where<\/strong>: Strathcona Wilderness Center, 52535 Range Rd 212, Ardrossan, AB T8G 2E9<\/p>\n Registration<\/strong>: RSVP with age, shoe size, height, and weight for ski sizing.<\/p>\n Come and play with us!<\/p>\n Date\/Time<\/strong>: Saturday, March 19, at 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.<\/p>\n Where<\/strong>: Abbottsfield Recreation Centre, 3006 119 Ave, Edmonton AB<\/p>\n Registration<\/strong>: Please register by e-mailing program.edmonton@asrab.ab.ca<\/a> with participants’ age, name, and phone number.<\/p>\n Rather than telling you what the event entails, we thought we would do a \u201cchoose your own adventure\u201d type of event. Please let us know what your interest would be in or give some ideas of your own. Once we have gathered the feedback, we will plan the event accordingly.<\/p>\n Here are some suggestions: Come Play Goalball with us!<\/p>\n ASRAB is excited to invite you to try goalball! Goalball is a Paralympic level sport that is played on a volleyball sized court with tactile tape, an audible ball, and eye shades.<\/p>\n Discover how to play and develop some new skills! All abilities are welcome. All equipment is provided. The SeeHawks welcome players of all abilities! Don’t have the equipment, no problem, we can help! Sessions are 1 hour long, please be there 1\/2 hour before the posted start time to get ready. Please make note that a part of the ice is devoted to learn-to-skate!
