Please find the following links to the documents which constitute the Notice of the 2022 ASRAB AGM:<\/p>\n
2022 AGM Notice;<\/a><\/p>\n 2022 AGM Agenda;<\/a><\/p>\n 2022 Call for Board Nominations;<\/a><\/p>\n 2022 Nomination Form;<\/a><\/p>\n ASRAB Bylaws (as at November 24, 2020).<\/a><\/p>\n The AGM will be held Saturday, May 14, 2022, by conference call. Registration and the meeting will commence at 11:30 a.m.<\/p>\n The deadline to receive Nominations for Board positions is Friday, April 29, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. There will be no nominations accepted from the floor.<\/p>\n If you have agenda items for the AGM, please submit by April 29, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n If you plan to attend the AGM, please let me know at execdirector@asrab.ab.ca<\/a> or (403) 262-5332.
