\"SeasonFrom all the staff and Board of Directors at Alberta Sports and Recreation Association for the Blind (ASRAB), we would like to wish you a fulfilling and active holiday season!<\/p>\n

As our in-person programs have returned full force this year, we are so glad to welcome back all our members. Whether you have joined us occasionally for recreational programs or taken part in our on-going goalball or blind hockey programs, it has been a pleasure to see your faces again.<\/p>\n

We would like to thank our volunteers, who make all our programs and events possible. In particular, your commitment ensured that our three Sight Night fun runs were a great success. We could not have done it without you.<\/p>\n

We also would like to sincerely thank those of you who donated to ASRAB. These financial contributions greatly assist ASRAB in providing the services and activities to our visually impaired members. We would especially like to thank everyone who responded to Merrick\u2019s story this December.<\/p>\n

For those of you considering a charitable donation to ASRAB, we remind you that the deadline for receipt for donations is December 31, 2022 (to be eligible for the 2022 return). You can make a donation<\/a> through our website.<\/p>\n

Please check the ASRAB website and your emails for upcoming winter programming across the province, including our new centres of Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray and Lethbridge; joining our active communities of Red Deer, Calgary and Edmonton.<\/p>\n

We look forward to working with you in the New Year to make this an active and lively 2023!<\/p>\n
