Yoga is a spiritual discipline that uses breath control, relaxation techniques, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures to increase overall body health. Learn the techniques to a better mind, body and soul through yoga!<\/p>\n
Ages<\/strong>: Adults (18+)<\/p>\n Where<\/strong>: Bridgeland Riverside Community Association, 917 Centre Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E0C6<\/p>\n Time<\/strong>: Tuesdays 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.<\/p>\n Upcoming Dates:<\/strong><\/p>\n October: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22, 29 Cost<\/strong>: $30 for all sessions, and no fee for CCB members.<\/p>\n Registration<\/strong>: Please register by following this link<\/a>. Goalball is played on a volleyball sized court with tactile tape, an audible ball, and eye shades.<\/p>\n Discover how to play and develop some new skills!<\/p>\n All abilities are welcome. All equipment is provided. Walking club will be held at different parks and walking paths around the Calgary area.
