Try-it! All Ages Snowshoeing at the Ranch!<\/h3>\n

Come try Snowshoeing! We will meet at the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame to rent some snowshoes and then take advantage of the trail system around Heritage Ranch. No experience necessary!<\/p>\n

Cost<\/strong>: Free for members.<\/p>\n

Location<\/strong>: Alberta Sports Hall of Fame #102 – 4200 Highway 2, Red Deer<\/p>\n

Schedule<\/strong>: Saturday, January 19th at 2:00pm<\/p>\n

Try-it! All Ages Cross Country Ski at Riverbend!<\/h3>\n

Come try-out an introduction to cross country skiing. We’ll meet at the Riverbend Golf & Recreation Area clubhouse where we can rent our skis, before heading out on the trail system. No experience necessary.<\/p>\n

Location<\/strong>: Riverbend Golf & Recreation Area 3800 River Bend Drive, Red Deer<\/p>\n

Cost<\/strong>: $10 Registration Fee (covers the cost of ski rental)<\/p>\n

Schedule<\/strong>: Sunday, January 26th, 2025 at 2:00pm<\/p>\n

Bullseye Blind Hockey<\/h3>\n

Join our program for some all ages fun on the ice!<\/p>\n

This program is aimed at learning and developing blind hockey skills through drills and game scenarios.<\/p>\n

Participants will need:<\/strong> Full hockey gear for adults. For youth, a hockey helmet, skates, a hockey stick and warm clothing are required. Knee pads and elbow pads are recommended if your child doesn’t have full equipment.<\/p>\n

If you need to rent gear, please contact us for options.<\/p>\n

Where:<\/strong> Gary Harris Canada Games Center. 120 College Cir, Red Deer, AB T4N 0T7<\/p>\n

Cost:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Full Season: $200 for adults and $80 for youth (pro-rated for new participants in Jan 2025)<\/p>\n

Time:<\/strong><\/p>\n

January to March: Saturdays 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.<\/p>\n
