Taekwondo Try-It<\/h2>\n

Looking to stay active while learning a new skill? Come out and try Taekwondo! This Korean martial art is focused on teaching techniques in punching and kicking.<\/p>\n

Ages<\/strong>: 10+<\/p>\n

Where<\/strong>: CNIB – Libin Room, 10 11A St NE<\/p>\n

Time<\/strong>: Tuesdays 6:00 pm – 7:15pm<\/p>\n

Dates<\/strong>: June 10, 17, 24, and July 8, 15<\/p>\n

Cost<\/strong>: Free for Members<\/p>\n

Disc Golf<\/h3>\n

Join us for some fun evenings of Disc Golf! Disc Golf is a flying disc sport where players throw a Frisbee at a target, following rules similar to golf. Learn the foundational skills to play Disc Golf that will prepare you to play confidently on a course!<\/p>\n

Ages<\/strong>: All ages<\/p>\n

Where<\/strong>: CNIB \u2013 Front Lawn, 10 11A St NE<\/p>\n

Time<\/strong>: From 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm<\/p>\n
