Come join us for rock climbing\u2013 a fun way to build strength and confidence! It\u2019s active, exciting, and great for all skill levels. Whether you are a first-timer or a thrill-seeker, there\u2019s a route for you!<\/p>\n

Dive into fitness with our invigorating Adult Aquasize Program! This low-impact, high-energy workout combines the benefits of aerobic exercise with the resistance of the water to help improve cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and balance. Perfect for all fitness levels!<\/p>\n

Set sail with us and the Disabled Sailing Association of Alberta, this Summer! Enjoy an exciting, group sailing adventure, fun for all ages and tailored to all abilities.<\/p>\n

Splash Adaptive Water Ski<\/strong><\/p>\n

Splash Adaptive, based right here in Alberta, is non-profit organization run under water ski Wake Alberta that is dedicated to providing inclusive and empowering waterski experiences for individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities.<\/p>\n

Dates: August 9 (Calgary) August 12 (Tempest, Alberta)<\/p>\n

Lacrosse – “Yes She Camp ” Free!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lacrossing Barrriers Ltd is holding an all Abilities All Possibilities Girls Only Adaptive and Inclusive Lacrosse Multi Sport Camp!<\/p>\n

Date and Time: Monday, July 28, to Thursday July 31, 2025, 9 am to 3 pm<\/p>\n

Location: Braeside Community Association<\/p>\n

Cost: Free!<\/p>\n

Each camper will receive:<\/p>\n

– Camp tshirt
\n– Water bottle
\n– a head to string (with support from expert stick stringers)
\n– A catered BBQ on Thursday for lunch!<\/p>\n
