ASRAB is pleased to partner with the City of Calgary to offer an adapted golf program for adults. Whether you are new to the game or looking to brush up on your skills, join us for some exciting days of golf! Be prepared to have lots of fun on the course.<\/p>\n

Where<\/strong>: McCall Lake Golf Course located at 1600 32nd Ave NE Calgary, AB T2E 6R6<\/p>\n

Dive into fitness with our invigorating Adult Aquasize Program! This low-impact, high-energy workout combines the benefits of aerobic exercise with the resistance of the water to help improve cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and balance. Perfect for all fitness levels!<\/p>\n

Set sail with us and the Disabled Sailing Association of Alberta, this Summer! Enjoy an exciting, group sailing adventure, fun for all ages and tailored to all abilities.<\/p>\n
