Spin Class<\/h3>\n

Come for a spin! We\u2019ll meet at the Collicutt Centre entrance and we will work our way to the ATCO Power Pit – a 20 bike workout space located on the 2nd floor. We recommend arriving in the gear you work out in and please bring a water bottle and even a towel if you like. This class is best suited to participants 18 years and older. No experience is required. It\u2019s important to fill out the waiver\/questionnaire for this event.<\/p>\n

*Please note, the instructor would like to video this class for feedback and recertification, if you have concerns let us know.<\/p>\n

Cost<\/strong>: Free!<\/p>\n

Ages<\/strong>: 18 and up<\/p>\n

Location<\/strong>: ATCO Power Pit – 3031-30 Ave, Red Deer, T4R 2Z7<\/p>\n
