Come and join us for some great fun! Meet at the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame to rent some snowshoes and then take advantage of the trail system around Heritage Ranch.<\/p>\n

Spin Class – Reminder!<\/h3>\n

Come for a spin! We\u2019ll meet at the Collicutt Centre entrance and we will work our way to the ATCO Power Pit – a 20 bike workout space located on the 2nd floor. We recommend arriving in the gear you work out in and please bring a water bottle and even a towel if you like. This class is best suited to participants 18 years and older. No experience is required. It\u2019s important to fill out the waiver\/questionnaire for this event.<\/p>\n

*Please note, the instructor would like to video this class for feedback and recertification, if you have concerns let us know.<\/p>\n
