Let’s get outside and explore Edmonton’s river valley and trails! Our Walking Club is an opportunity for ASRAB members of all ages to\u00a0incorporate\u00a0some light-moderate activity into their Thursdays. We will meet at 5:30 pm. The group will explore the cities trails (including the route for Edmonton sight night) and enjoy some fresh air in a fun, social setting.<\/p>\n
Starting points may vary week to week, registered participants will receive an emailed schedule for walks.\u00a0Friends and family\u00a0encouraged\u00a0to join in on this program.<\/p>\n
If you require a guide, please inform the program coordinator when you register.<\/p>\n
There are 1,440 minutes in a day, schedule 60 of them for walking!<\/p>\n
