Get outside and explore Edmonton’s river valley and trails with ASRAB’s Walking Club this Fall.\u00a0The Walking Club is an opportunity for ASRAB members of all ages to incorporate some light-moderate activity into their day and explore the cities trails while enjoying some fresh air in a fun, social setting.<\/p>\n
Friends and family encouraged to join in on this program. If you require a guide, please inform the program coordinator when you register.<\/p>\n
There are 1,440 minutes in a day, schedule 120 of them for walking!<\/p>\n
