Want to try out snowshoeing? Snowshoeing offers low impact, aerobic exercise, and can be enjoyed by all ages. Bring your family and friends for this fun activity!

Blind Hockey
Are you interested in trying out hockey? Consider joining the Edmonton SeeHawks!
The game is modified by an adapted puck that makes noise, and is both bigger and slower than a traditional puck. Players’ levels of vision range from legally blind – approximately 10% vision or less – to totally blind, with the lowest vision athletes playing defence or goal. The team is always welcoming new recruits!

Goalball
Are you interested in trying out goalball?
Goalball is a team sport where players all wear eyeshades to create an equal playing field. Three players play on each side of the court, use tactile tape to move around the court and while listening for the audible ball to block. The ball is throw by one team while the opposing defend their goal.
YOUTH PRACTICE

When: Tuesdays every week!
There is no practice on March 24th.
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Ages: 15 and younger
ADULTS’ PRACTICE
Where: Grandin School, 9844 110 St NW
When: Monday March 30th and Monday April 27th
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
Ages: 15 and older
Details: Tight athletic pants or shorts are preferred. If you have long hair please wear it up.
