Yoga – Morning and Afternoon
Unroll your mat and step into a practice that feels as good as it does for your body. Through yoga poses, calming breathwork, and moments of relaxation, yoga boosts strength, flexibility, and balance while melting away stress. Whether you want to unwind, get stronger, or simply take time for yourself, yoga meets you exactly where you are. Learn the techniques for a better mind, body, and soul through yoga!
We kindly ask that you bring your own yoga mat to each class. To get the most out of the experience, we encourage you to join us for all sessions. Please check your email throughout the program in case classes are moved or cancelled.
Dates: Tuesdays, November 3, 10, 17, 24 & December 1, 8, 15, 2026.
Times:
Morning sessions: 10:30 am – 11:45 am
Afternoon sessions: 12:15 pm – 1:30 pm
Cost: $30 (Free for CCB members)
Ages: 18 plus
Where: Bridgeland Riverside Community Association, located at 917 Center Ave NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 0C6

Sight Night Calgary Practice
Join us for a practice walk one week before Sight Night Calgary! We will follow the same walking route to help you feel prepared and ready for the big night. It’s also a great opportunity to connect, socialize, and enjoy the walk together!
Cost: Free
Ages: All ages
