With the COVID-19 virus hitting Alberta, we want to ensure all of our members stay safe and healthy. We have been in contact with instructors, volunteers, facilities and other stakeholders in determining the next steps for ASRAB programming in light of recommendations and best practices around reducing the risk of contracting and spreading COVID – 19. Given the increasing concern of the virus, we feel that it is best to suspend our programming until further notice.
While none of ASRAB programs meet the recent Alberta Health Services threshold for cancelling events, we want to air on the side of caution and decrease the risk as much as possible considering the special needs of our membership.
