I am a currently studying a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Lethbridge and I am very passionate about physical activity. I am excited to continue our ASRAB programs and bring some new programs to our members in Lethbridge!
Walking Club
Come catch a breath of fresh air and join in on our walking club!
This is an incredible way to get active and make new friends while experiencing the beautiful surroundings of nature.
This will be a Meet & Greet with Alexa and the members! Further walking club dates and times will be sent out at a later date.
Ages: All ages
Where: Indian Battle Park. Meet at the Baroness Picnic Shelter.
Time: Monday, May 20, 9:00am – 10:00am
Cost: Free for members.

If you have registered for Dragon Boating the first practice is this coming Tuesday, May 21st, 6:15 to 7:15pm at Henderson Lake.
Please remember you need to be an ASRAB member and need to have paid your DASA fee before participating. You can pay your DASA fee at this link https://lethbridgedasa.ca/fees-forms/.
Membership Reminder
Please join ASRAB, to have access to sport and recreation programming for persons with visual impairment. Memberships are on a calendar year (January 1-December 31).
Membership fees:
$20.00 for Individuals [to a maximum of $40.00 per family]
We now have online forms that allow you to complete your membership online and use a credit card to make payment.
