Update! Hiking the Divide for the Blind Fundraiser
Two weeks ago, we shared the exciting story of a local Calgarian, Zach Rusk’s fundraiser to tackle the 1,200-kilometre Great Divide Trail in support of ASRAB, in dedication to his father who lost his vision in 2020.
The long hike began July 12th, and he has now hiked more than 425 kilometers. A delegation from ASRAB met with him and his family on the Kananaskis leg of his journey to cheer him on and hike together for an afternoon.
