RE: Announcement of the 2025 Annual General Meeting
Please find the following links to the documents which constitute the Notice of the 2025 ASRAB AGM:

The AGM will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025, by Virtual meeting on Zoom. Registration and the meeting will commence at 11:30 a.m.
The deadline to receive Nominations for Board positions is Friday, April 25, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. There will be no nominations accepted from the floor.
If you have agenda items for the AGM, please submit by Friday, April 25, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
Please send all nominations and agenda items to Linda MacPhail by email at execdirector@asrab.ab.ca or by delivery directly to the ASRAB office.
