Strength and Fitness Training

ASRAB excited to offer a great way to focus on the fundamentals of strength training. Learn new exercises, and how to create a workout program that fits your fitness goals.

Ages: All ages

Location: Royal Alexandra Hospital Gymnasium, 10245 111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB

Program Dates: April 16th, April 23rd

Time: 6:00 PM to 7PM

Cost: Free!

River Valley Walking Club

ASRAB is excited to invite you to take a guided walk through the Edmonton River Valley with us! Come out and enjoy the fresh winter air while walking along the beautiful River Valley.

Ages: All ages

Location: Program Address: 9603 Grierson Hill NW, Edmonton, AB T5H 0B5 (Parking lot for Chinese Garden)

Time and Date: Saturday April 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM

Then every Saturday at 10:00 AM after that (weather permitting)

Cost: Free!

Track and Field Running

Join us for a running program on an outdoor track with optional guide runners available. This is meant to be an introduction to running as a track and field sport and is open to members of all experience levels.

Cost: Free for members! – All ages welcome!

April 18th and April 25th, 7:00 to 8:30 PM

Location: Running track at Forest Heights Park, 10104 85 St NW, Edmonton, AB
