Taekwondo Try-It
Looking to stay active while learning a new skill? Come out and try Taekwondo! This Korean martial art is focused on teaching techniques in punching and kicking.
Ages: 10+
Where: CNIB – Libin Room, 10 11A St NE
Time: Tuesdays 6:00 pm – 7:15pm
Dates: June 10, 17, 24, and July 8, 15
Cost: Free for Members

Disc Golf
Join us for some fun evenings of Disc Golf! Disc Golf is a flying disc sport where players throw a Frisbee at a target, following rules similar to golf. Learn the foundational skills to play Disc Golf that will prepare you to play confidently on a course!
Ages: All ages
Where: CNIB – Front Lawn, 10 11A St NE
Time: From 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Dates: Thursdays, May 22, 29, and June 5, 12
Cost: Free for Members
