Dive into fitness with our invigorating Adult Aquasize Program! This low-impact, high-energy workout combines the benefits of aerobic exercise with the resistance of the water to help improve cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and balance. Perfect for all fitness levels!

Dates: Saturdays, October 3, 17, 24, & 31

Time: 2:00 to 3:00 pm

Cost: $30

Ages: 18 plus

Where: Foothills Aquatic Center, located at 2915 24 Ave NW, Calgary AB T2N 3Y9

Goalball

Come try the exciting Paralympic sport of goalball! Goalball is played on a volleyball-sized court using tactile court markings, an audible ball, and eyeshades.

Come discover how to play, develop new skills, and have fun with others!

All abilities are welcome! Whether you’re new to goalball or have played before, come out and give it a try.

What to bring:

· Athletic clothing and comfortable athletic footwear suitable for movement and physical activity.

· If you have your own eyeshades, please bring them. Eyeshades will also be available as needed.
