Get outside and explore Edmonton’s river valley and trails with ASRAB’s Walking Club this Fall. The Walking Club is an opportunity for ASRAB members of all ages to incorporate some light-moderate activity into their day and explore the cities trails while enjoying some fresh air in a fun, social setting.
Friends and family encouraged to join in on this program. If you require a guide, please inform the program coordinator when you register.
There are 1,440 minutes in a day, schedule 120 of them for walking!
Dates: Sunday October 4, 18 and November 1
Cost: An up to date membership (2015 is $10 or $25 for family)
Time:1:00-3:00 pm
Location: Shaw Conference Centre (9797 Jasper Ave NW)
