RE: Announcement of the 2024 Annual General Meeting
Please find the following links to the documents which constitute the Notice of the 2024 ASRAB AGM:
2024 Call for Board Nominations;
ASRAB Bylaws (as of May 13, 2023).
The AGM will be held Saturday, May 11, 2024, by Virtual meeting on Zoom. Registration and the meeting will commence at 11:30 a.m.
The deadline to receive Nominations for Board positions is Friday, April 26, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. There will be no nominations accepted from the floor.
If you have agenda items for the AGM, please submit by Friday, April 26, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
Please send all nominations and agenda items to Linda MacPhail by email at execdirector@asrab.ab.ca or by delivery directly to the ASRAB office.
If you plan to attend the AGM, please register your attendance through this link so we may prepare accordingly:
