Come join us for rock climbing– a fun way to build strength and confidence! It’s active, exciting, and great for all skill levels. Whether you are a first-timer or a thrill-seeker, there’s a route for you!
Ages: All ages and abilities are welcome!

Adult Aquasize
Dive into fitness with our invigorating Adult Aquasize Program! This low-impact, high-energy workout combines the benefits of aerobic exercise with the resistance of the water to help improve cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and balance. Perfect for all fitness levels!

Sailing Try-it!
Set sail with us and the Disabled Sailing Association of Alberta, this Summer! Enjoy an exciting, group sailing adventure, fun for all ages and tailored to all abilities.

Splash Adaptive Water Ski
Splash Adaptive, based right here in Alberta, is non-profit organization run under water ski Wake Alberta that is dedicated to providing inclusive and empowering waterski experiences for individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities.

Lacrosse – “Yes She Camp ” Free!
Lacrossing Barrriers Ltd is holding an all Abilities All Possibilities Girls Only Adaptive and Inclusive Lacrosse Multi Sport Camp!
Date and Time: Monday, July 28, to Thursday July 31, 2025, 9 am to 3 pm
Location: Braeside Community Association
Cost: Free!
Each camper will receive:
– Camp tshirt
– Water bottle
– a head to string (with support from expert stick stringers)
– A catered BBQ on Thursday for lunch!
