Come and join us for our adapted soccer, held outside, for people of all abilities to develop soccer skills and aspects of balance and spatial awareness. All abilities welcome (beginner friendly).
Where: University of Lethbridge, University Dr. W, Lethbridge, AB T1K 3M4 (Meet in the First Choice savings center by the rock wall)
Time: 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Walking Club
Join us for lovely morning walks in August, on Saturdays!
This is an incredible way to get active and make new friends while experiencing the beautiful surroundings of nature.
Where: Henderson Lake – Meet at Henderson pool – 2710 Parkside Dr S, Lethbridge, Alberta
Time: From 9:00am. – 10:00am
