RE: Announcement of the 2026 Annual General Meeting
Please find the following links to the documents which constitute the Notice of the 2026 ASRAB AGM:

The AGM will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, by Virtual meeting on Zoom. Registration and the meeting will commence at 11:00 a.m.
The deadline to receive Nominations for Board positions is Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. There will be no nominations accepted from the floor.
If you have agenda items for the AGM, please submit them by Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
Please send all nominations and agenda items to Linda MacPhail by email at execdirector@asrab.ab.ca or by delivery directly to the ASRAB office.
If you plan to attend the AGM, please register your attendance through the link below so we may prepare accordingly:
