RE: Announcement of the 2021 Annual General Meeting
Please find the following links to the documents which constitute the Notice of the 2021 ASRAB AGM:
2021 Call for Board Nominations
ASRAB Bylaws (as at November 24, 2020).
The AGM will be held Saturday, May 15, 2021, by conference call. Registration and the meeting will commence at 11:30 a.m.
The deadline to receive Nominations for Board positions is Friday, April 30, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. There will be no nominations accepted from the floor.
If you have agenda items for the AGM, please submit by April 30, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
If you plan to attend the AGM, please let me know at execdirector@asrab.ab.ca or (403) 262-5332. This will allow us to adequately prepare for the AGM.
